The qualities of a good parents.

I have lovely and good family. Unfortunately, now my father is not with us. He was died when I was 15.But it is easy for me to identify the qualities that make parent’s good. These qualities are unconditional love, trust, and respect for me and brothers and sister.
All father and mother love their children. They nurture them and keep them  from harm. But not all love is unconditional. Some parents wouldn`t love their children If they married someone of the different religion or from a different ethnic group.
Part of unconditional love is trust. My mother trust us to do what is right. She knows we never do anything to hurt her or to disgrace her. She trust us so we trust her. We are confident that she would never do anything to hurt us.
Because my mother love us, she also respects us. She treats us as individuals. She accepts our differences. She wants us to be our own persons. She wants us to make our own way in the world.
Without parent’s love, we wouldn`t be as confident as we are. Without their trust, we wouldn`t be free to do what we want. Without their respect, we wouldn`t feel comfortable being on our own. All children should have such wonderful parents.
